Congratulations and welcome to the Fakepixel Giveaways staff team. Every staff member is expected to follow these guidelines at all times — disregarding anything here will put your position in danger.

Introduction

Your duty as a staff member is to ensure all members have the best experience possible.

Your conduct on other servers influences your position here. Being toxic or cheating elsewhere results in demotion.

Staff Rules

These rules apply to every staff member at all times. No personal rules or personal punishments.

    Rules — All server rules apply to staff.

    Professionalism — Required at ALL times. No bad language around members.

    Nicknames — No inappropriate nicknames. Changing others' without permission = green warn.

    Evidence — Post proof of all punishments in #punishment-logs.

    Abusing Permissions — Any reason including joking = green or red warn.
  • ⏰
    Activity — At least 8 hours per week. Inactivity over 1 day requires #absences.

    Tickets — Always professional. First claimer owns it. After 20 min unreplied you may take over.
  • 🔒
    Borders — Never reveal who issued a punishment. (Staff leak.)
  • 🤐
    Staff Information — All staff-only info stays private. Leaking = red warn, demotion, possible blacklist.
  • ⚖ī¸
    Fairness — Punishments based on personal disputes are forbidden.
  • 🔐
    Discord 2FA — Must be enabled.

Warning System

Verbal Warning
For very small/silly mistakes. Does not count toward demotion.
Green Warn
For small offenses.

Expires 7 days.

3 Green → 1 Red Warn.
Red Warn
For bigger offenses.

Expires 15 days.

2 Red → Demotion.
